Itinerary

Get ready for an adventure! 🎒 Your K’gari (Fraser Island) tour kicks off with a compulsory briefing at Nomads Noosa, unless you’re starting from Rainbow Beach. Bright and early on departure day, you’ll head from Nomads Noosa to Rainbow Beach (transfers included) to pick up your 4WD vehicles 🚙. After a quick lesson, you’ll drive to the ferry at Inskip Point and cruise over to K’gari. Once on the island, you’ll hit the famous 75 Mile Beach! Your itinerary will be flexible, adapting to weather and tide conditions to ensure you see the best of K’gari. Day one might take you to the stunning Lake Wabby 💚, followed by an exploration of the rainforest at Wanggoolba Creek or Central Station. Enjoy dinner and drinks with new friends, and get a great night’s rest before more island exploration! 🏕️🥂

Let’s start with a continental breakfast 🥐 to fuel up for a fantastic day! Today’s adventures include relaxing time at the beautiful Eli Creek 💧 and a fascinating stop at the iconic SS Maheno Shipwreck ⚓. After a satisfying lunch, you’ll drive to the stunning Indian Head lookout for panoramic views 🔭 and then cool off in the unique Champagne Pools 🫧. Finally, you’ll cruise back along 75 Mile Beach for your last memorable night at camp! 🌟

Great news! You can drive on K’gari if you’re 21+ with 2+ years driving experience and a valid license . If your license isn’t in English, an International Driver’s License is required (no photocopies).

Yes, we have toilets! You’ll get an authentic Aussie experience without needing to rough it in the bushes.
