The Australian Bush Swag is a heavy-duty, canvas-covered bedroll containing a comfortable mattress and pillow—perfect for sleeping directly on the ground under the stars for the ultimate outback experience! The Safari Tent option provides a permanent, twin-share eco-tent structure with proper beds, internal flooring, and insect screens for travelers wanting extra privacy and shelter.

This is an active, immersive adventure tour. Over the 2 days, you will take part in guided base walks around sacred sites at Uluru (like Mutitjulu Waterhole and Kantju Gorge) and the towering domes of Kata Tjuta (Walpa Gorge). The total hiking distance ranges between 5km to 9km across uneven desert paths, so a moderate level of fitness and sturdy closed-toe shoes are highly recommended!

The tour departs directly from the Red Centre hub at Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) or Ayers Rock Airport in the early afternoon (approx. 1:30 PM). We provide complimentary pick-ups from all resort hotels and match arrival flight times at the airport, making it completely seamless to drop your bags and head straight into the national park!
