Itinerary

Rise and shine from Nomads Noosa! We’ll grab our 4WDs in Rainbow Beach, then ferry over to K’gari for an exciting drive along 75 Mile Beach. Your day might include stunning Lake Wabby, rainforest exploration at Wanggoolba Creek or Central Station. After a fun, bumpy ride to camp, pick your tent, enjoy dinner and drinks with new friends, and stargaze on the beach!

Another early start kicks off with a continental breakfast, fueling you up for a day of adventure! Today, you’ll enjoy relaxing downtime at the wonderful Eli Creek and make a quick stop to see the famous SS Maheno Shipwreck. After lunch, drive to Indian Head lookout for incredible views and then cool off in the scenic Champagne Pools. Finally, head back down 75 Mile Beach for your last night at camp.

Breakfast first then packing up camp and enjoy your final day exploring K’gari! Head to the beautiful Lake McKenzie to swim in its wonderfully fresh water and relax on the stark white silica sand. Another delicious lunch awaits before you make your way back to the ferry, crossing over to Rainbow Beach. Finally, it’s back to Noosa for a fun night at KB’s Bar with your new friends.

Great news! You can drive on K’gari if you’re 21+ with 2+ years driving experience and a valid license . If your license isn’t in English, an International Driver’s License is required (no photocopies).
